US Customers

The good news is we offer free and easy returns and exchanges for US customers. Initiate a return or exchange within 60 days of receipt by clicking here and you will receive a pre paid label to send your items back.

* Items from different orders cannot be returned in the same package. Each order will need it's own return label on the outer package in order to be processed correctly in our warehouse. 

You will be refunded for the full amount paid on the EB product(s) you purchased. You will not be refunded for shipping. Refunds will be given 4 days after the return is delivered at our fulfillment center to allow for processing time.

Underwear can be returned for store credit only. (Underwear include High-Waisted Retro Bikini, High-Waisted Thong, and Slip Short)

All items purchased from Last Call are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
